During 2002 to 2005 when i lived "outside" in Southampton ( i lived outside in EH, SH, and Manhattan December 1998- February 2005 365 days a year)- my daily routine had a few constants, in Southampton, : i'd pack up my gear on the beach in the morning, and then during the course of the day ride my bike to the Omni Health & Raquetball Club to shower and to the SH Uncle Bob's Self Storage to lock up my tent and retrieve my camping stove, and cycle to Cooper Beach or Agawam Park where I'd cook on the picnic tables. Later, I'd get my tent from Uncle Bob's then shower again at the gym then set up my tent or tarp again at Wiborg. On days when I worked I'd punch in at the Omni for the Jitney then collect the fares on the bus en route to Manhattan. I worked on the Jitney May 2002- Autumn 2004
PANYNJ Pier 34, Holland Tunnel Ventilation Tower
Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Pier 34,
Canal Street at the Hudson River
I continuously maintained a storage locker in Manhattan as well from 1999-2005, most of that time at Manhattan Mini Storage on Spring Street at Varick Street.
Winter 1999 and winter 2000 for about a year year and a half I slept every night on the Pier. I kept a sleeping bag and tarp in a backpack at Manhattan Mini Storage on Spring and Varick (across from the new Trump SoHo). I'd get the sleeping bag and tarp every night and hike out to the pier from Spring and Varick to Canal Street and the Hudson River. After sleeping I'd lock my sleeping gear in storage and retrieve cooking gear and make eggs or oats at Vesuvio Park at Spring and Thompson every morning, then go to Bally's gym to shower. After 9/11 I no longer used the pier. I used the same storage facility at Spring and Varick, and also had storage with camping gear in both Southampton and East Hampton. After 9/11 when in the city I'd generally take the subway and city bus to Jacob Riis Park and camp there each night then return to sSpring Street. But by 2002 75% of the year, through 2005, I camped on the beach in East Hampton and Southampton, and worked on the Hampton Jitney. In 2005 I moved into an apartment in Manhattan. From 2005 to 2006 I worked at Bear Stearns as adminsitrative assistrant in their compliance department on Park Avenue in Manhattan, then went to law school 2006-2009, then NYU Stern School of Business 2009-2011 for my MBA.
I applied and was admitted to New York Law School in 2005 through the Law School Admissions Council system. Both LSAC and NYLS required a Character and Fitness Disclosure listing all instances where it had been alleged that any ordinance, or law had been violated.
Here is my 2 page Character and Fitness Disclosure from 2005 after living 1998-2005 (about 6 years) without domicile:

For many years, I locked my bicycle at night at this bicycle rack at Old Town Road and Gin Lane, then walked a few hundred yards east on the beach to the spot at the dune where I slept.
The spot in the dune is pictured below, directly in front of the home with two chimneys pictured, on the sand of the beach never crossing over the dune fence.
